Posture

Our posture has a lot to do with back injuries. Improper posture actually adds weight to our body, and it makes it difficult for our lower body to carry the weight of the upper body. Make sure that your posture is always proper so that you will get used to it and maintain it.

Condition yourself

Always follow a proper work routine. If you’re doing a very physical job involving lifting heavy things or bending down continuously, take frequent breaks to stretch your back region. Overuse of the muscles will cause pain and fatigue.

Exercise

Always make sure that you never stay in one position all day. If you’ve always been running because of sports, take a while to just stretch your muscles. This is also advisable to people who sit at the office all day.
